Kendra Proctor Goldbas is the Global Head of Learning and Development for PayPal. She joined PayPal in September 2021 from McKinsey & Co., where she most recently served as the Director of People Functions for the North American Healthcare, Public and Social Sector practices. With over 15 years of people leadership experience, Kendra is passionate about people and talent strategy; learning and executive coaching; and building high-performing culture and community.

At PayPal, Kendra is responsible for empowering a learning culture that enables business impact, team performance and individual growth. Her L&D center of excellence serves over 25,000 employees and is accountable for enterprise learning offerings, development focused experiences at all levels of career and leadership, and the integrated learning technology ecosystem.

Kendra first joined McKinsey in 2000 as an Associate in Johannesburg SA, serving clients in the consumer industry. Prior to rejoining McKinsey in 2008, Kendra was the Associate Director for the University of Pennsylvania Institute for Urban Research where she led day-to-day operations and oversaw board relations. She holds a M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. in Public Policy from Brown University.

Kendra and her husband Jacob live in Seattle WA and they are the proud parents of Ellis, a high school junior; and Miles a Morehouse College sophomore.

Colleen is a Director of Ramsay Santé and Ramsay Sime Darby (Ramsay Health Care’s joint ventures in Europe and Asia) and has worked closely with boards and executive groups across sectors such as banking and retail.

She holds a Bachelor of Education (Science) from the University of Melbourne, is a Member of the AICD and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
